Being able to match properties to mortgages was a nice addition recently.

It would be great to be able to have loan balances and payments auto fill the Sched of REO automatically too. Can be painful when your client is an investor with multiple properties and 1st/2nd mortgage combinations.

(EDIT: Just noticed a similar post from earlier...oops!)

This has been one of my favorite wishes to submit over the years....In addition the abilty when pg 1 of 1003 is clicked "own" that the property address auto-populates in the REO (As it does when you are doing a refi)
