I am creating a custom form to handle doc requests to one of our lenders. When I use the Rate and Lock screen to put in the YSP it will only use the Base loan amount which is fine for CONV loans, but it needs to be the Total Loan amount (base + MIP or FF) for FHA and VA loans.  Also, when loan type VA is Seleted the Origination amount on the GFE is suddenly based on the Total loan amount, not the Base.

Did you find a work around for this?  I can see this cropping up in my near future.

Yes this is a concern for us also. Has this been rectified?

Thanks

I have looked and there is not a check box in either section.
