I've upgraded from 6.2b to 7.0SP1.

When users pull credit through Advantage they are getting a blank PDF screen after it populates. I read on here that its a known issue and should be resolved with SP1.

What's weird is I can view some credit reports when I go to 'Services, Credit Reports, and View Credit' but not all of them. I can with version 6.2b. Also the ones that I can view in 7.0sp1 come up in explorer and the ones that I can't just open another window in Point.

Is there something else I can check on this? Running the dreaded Terminal Server Windows 2003.

Thanks

The reports from Advantage Credit are using the newest Adobe 1.5 specifications that the viewer in Point doesn't know how to read. The Adobe PDF 1.5 specifications introduced a major change in the PDF format involving compressed cross-reference tables and compressed object streams. These new specifications were not widely adopted until the release of Adobe Acrobat 9.0. It will be fixed in Point 7.1 due out in August. SP1 resolves some of these issues, but due to the some constructs in the Adobe PDF specs, some still appear blank. To view the report, go to eLoanFile > Document Storage and click Print. This will open in Adobe.
