| I am having difficulty issuing a Conditional Loan Approval (CLA) reflecting a combined DTI ( in this case with an unmarried co-borrower ). The Combined DTI shows up correctly on the Combined Transmittal ( and Info Bar ) however, it does not appear on the CLA. I understand a workaround for other information like _co borrower name_ and co_social can be manually input when issuing a CLA ( then subsequently removed ) - but this is cumbersome. Suggestions?
Thanks

| | At this point, the conditions in the Banker approval screen are contained within a combined field and are merged in a custom document as one field and conditions are separated by a comma (not very convenient). You can insert individual condition fields, but testing on them being open or not is a huge challenge. I eventually gave up and wrote VBA routines for one client. These routines separate the conditions and only place the uncleared conditions in the document. At this point, that is the best way I can find.
