When we try to upload our webcaster files to Point we get the following error: An exception has occured: System.Exception. Not authorized at calyxPoint.PointKeyValidator.ValidateKey in d:\foreman\sourcecontrol\point\main\calyxpoint.cpp.line.20. We recently upgraded to Point 7.0 and are just now trying to implement webcaster. I called support but as soon as they heard we were on Citrix I was basically told they couldn't help. I know it has something to do with permissions because I can download the files as a domain admin. I just can't figure out what file it isn't able to access. Can someone please tell me where it is having issues?

The other piece of this is when I click ok on the error, it asks me for a point user name and password. We don't user passwords in Point.

by the way, we don't use Point Data Server.

Any help that anyone can give would be greatly appreciated.
