| | Considering the fact that Point PDS is used constantly throughout the workday, at least by processing, why didn't programmers make sure the program would work properly when open for extended periods? Why do we have to wait for the next release? These types of problems should be fixed immediately and a patch made available immediately. This causes a workflow problem for users. |

| I have several users that continue to receive the 0000005 memory error, most often when switching between forms in Point. We are running Point 7.1 now, and it did not seem to become an issue until we had upgraded to 7.1. Where should I start diagnosing this?
Thank you |

| Upgraded to Point 7.1 is crashing when editing templates. I can open one, save changes and close it. But as soon as I select the next one and click open (it crashes). Same errors as stated above are in my application logs.

| We too have this issue, but it is occurring in Point 7.2 SP1 and only started happening since updating to 7.2 SP1. Previously we were on 7.0SP1
What is going on in the dev process, where a problem gets fixed then creeps back in |

| | We have one user experiencing this problem on a fairly consistent basis. Is there any suggestion on how to fix the issue, or if it is still being worked on on the development side? |
