Indiana Code 23-2-5-23 states:

"Documents; license or registration number required
Sec. 23. Any document delivered or required to be delivered by a person licensed or required to be licensed to a borrower or prospective borrower must contain:
(1) the license number of the loan broker; and
(2) the registration number of each:
(A) originator; or
(B) principal manager;
who had contact with the file."

Are there other Indiana Mortgage brokers that are frustrated that Calyx doesn't support putting our licensing information on all of the docs that we print?

We have to manually stamp each page which looks terrible and many times covers information on the form.

I've been struggling with the same thing!!!!  I'm glad someone else is having the problem too because I thought I was the only broker out there confused about how to accomplish this.  So if you find out, please let me know.  I'm keeping my fingers crossed with the new 7.0!!!

We will have the license printing on top of all forms in the next release, due out in August.

The fields pull from utilities settings for loan rep, company info, and branch; each one will have the ability to enter all the licensed states and license numbers. Print settings in the utilities will control which information prints in the forms, depending on the state's individual requirement for the S.A.F.E. Act.
