We have been using the same custom forms for quite some time now.  We are currently using a netsetup on all machines in the office.  On one of the computers, just today, the custom forms no longer work correctly.  Instead of autopopulating all of the fields, it was just giving a blank form.  I tried reinstalling calyx on the machine, then reinstalling microsoft word.  The first file in which I printed a custom form worked properly, but every file after that prints with the information from the first file.

I am out of ideas for what is causing this, anyone have any theories?

Note: Every other computer in the office still works perfectly fine, it is specific to this one machine, I tried reinstalling everything that I know to be directly related to the custom forms (that being calyx and word).  Is there perhaps a setting in Microsoft Word that will break autopopulation or a feature that is caching them?

The data is exported to c:\winpoint\work before merged onto the document.  Delete all files in c:\winpoint\work  or verify the user has full permission to the work directory.
