I'm attempting to update our Citrix environment with Point 6.1a.  When I attempt to run setup.exe or Point.msi I get -

Error 1327.Invalid Drive: C:\

Anyone else run into this?  Workaround/Fix?

Terry

I have recently decided to switch from a Server Environment that I accessed through a VPN to a CITRIX Environment.  I was led to believe that Point would work just fine in this environment and for the most part it has, with one MAJOR problem, Data just arbitrarily drops from the file.  Although we save the file and go back in shortly thereafter and everything appears to have been saved and accurate, I'll log in the next day and access point to find much of the information missing.

I am working in Point 6.2 and so far the data that I have noticed that gets dropped off are the drop down menu selections from the GFE as well phone numbers and e-mails from the Track General Page.

I'm not sure if you or someone has run into this, but would love any feedback you may have.

Thanks!

How do you have the system setup?  are you using roaming profiles?
