| | I just installed Calyx on a brand new PC for the first time. Everything seemed to be ok but there is an issue with transfering closing docs to FAND. When it is done it states that it was successfully sent but when we check the FAND site the doc is not there....any ideas? |

| | I don't use that interface but I would suggest contacting FAND and seeing if they can locat a incoming XML or whatever Point sends. If they see something on their end the data may be corrupt or they may be having issues. If they are seing nothing then its not even hitting their site so I would call Calyx support and have them look into it - it would then mean the data is not properly leaving the Calyx software or something along those lines. Let us know how you make out, or if you have any more questions.
Thank you, Eric J. Lilly |

| | So this is what we got so far. I reinstalled everything as an admin. While logged in as an admin, I used my point account and sent a closing doc to FAND. It made it successfully. Logged of admin and the domain user logged on computer. She logged in to point and the doc didn't make it to FAND, the DOCWEB popup says succesffuly sent but it doesn't make it. Did the same thing with my point on account while she was logged on the computer, didn't make it. I went to my computer and tried with my point account, made it. Tried on my computer with domain user, made it. So it clearly looks like it is something getting blocked or insufficient rights on our end...but what? Anybody? |

| | Made the user a local admin and this resolved the issue. It was a permissions issue. |
