| | I was emailed a zip file of some Borrower Master Templates .bmt and Prospect Master Templates .pmt files. I unzipped these on the PDS server and copied them to the folder that was created when I made a new template set: C:\Program Files\Calyx Software\Point Data Server\filesync\TemplateSets\Boulder-CO\BRWMSTR C:\Program Files\Calyx Software\Point Data Server\filesync\TemplateSets\Boulder-CO\PRSMSTR I have given full rights to this template set to all users in the groups I wanted to see these templates. These templates are not loading when the users log in. When I look at the template list it shows 21 files, all of the templates I copied and rebuilt to see in the list. What am I doing wrong here? | Do your users have access rights to other datafolders as well?

| | I solved this by calling calyx tech support. So, maybe they solved it, and not me. My users had rights given to them via the group access rights. The problem was occuring due to the PDSfolders that are created locally when you connect to the server. Something in there was messing up the folders that were being downloaded from PDS. So I went to the user-app data-local(on vista)-calyxsoftware-all users-username and complete deleted the folder PDSFolders and then logged in as that user and the templates populated. This is NOT in the knowledgebase, but stuff like this should be. |
