So on page 280 of my Point 6.0 book, it says I should have this option to add conditions that might be requested from the client. However when I Select TRACK....there is no option for Miscellaneous. I would really like to be able to use this feature so that I can separate our Client conditions from the internal conditions.

I am in Point 6.1 and I am in a borrower file. (Not Prospect)

Is there something I need to do to activate this option?

The miscellaneous items were moved to Track > Status in version 6.1. You can download the 6.1 user guide from here:
