Class does not support automation or does not support expected interface.

How can I fix this.  I've tried reinstalling the interface to no avial.

Sounds like a problem with the interface, did you try uninstalling the software prior to reinstalling it.  i think there is a folder called chldir on the C drive, delete it prior to uninstall of interface software.

Based on my findings using Google search, the wording in this error message suggests it could mean there is a problem with the installed version of MDAC on this user's machine. You can try upgrading/reinstalling the latest version of MDAC found at http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=6c050fe3-c795-4b7d-b037-185d0506396c&displaylang=en. If that does not fix it, you may want to contact the software provider of the interface, Countrywide, to see if they know a fix.
