I have 5 computers with point and adding a new one. However I am having issues trying to add this one to share the files. Does anyone know how I can get them to share with the othhr computers or how to set this up? Thank you very much.

Have you looked at Point Data Server? We don't use it, but I'm pretty sure thats what its designed for! You can also install Point Admin on a server and house the PNTDATA and PNTTEMPL folders here. Then each workstation can connect to this server.
