I am wanting to set up Point to allow all users to be able to print the Conversation Log.  Currently, most users do not have it as an option in their Forms List.  The users that do have "Conversation Log" as a print option are the ones that have their security set to allow access to the "Secured Area".

I do not want to give all users access to the "Secured Area".  Is there another way to allow them access to print the Conversation Log?  Currently, these have access to add to the log, but not print it.

You're right. Without any access to the "secured area" the conversation log is not available as an individual print option. However, Point allows you to create a print group that includes the conversation log. So when the user selects the print group which contains the conversation log, it will get printed along with other forms in that group.

Thanks!  I will look at that as a solution!
