This is an obscure question, but where is field 4991 housed in a Master Template?

I'm attempting to clear the date in field 4991 as all of our Patriot Act forms are going out with a date of 12/30/2004 (I'm shocked no one has noticed this before now and I only stumbled upon it when changing paper at a printer). When working in the Master Template, the Forms>Patriot Act Disclosures is not available to me (not Prospect or Master) so I can't get to the field to clear it out.

Any help would be appreciated.

For some reason, the Patriot Act Disclosures were left out of master templates. I'll file that issue to be fixed. To get around this, here are some steps:

1) Copy the borrower master file to your c:\pntdata\borrower folder.
2) Rename the borrower master .bmt to .brw.
3) Open Point, and rebuild your borrower list.
4) Open the file you renamed in step 2.
5) Go into the Patriot Act Disclosure form and remove the erroneous date.
6) Save the file.
7) Go back to \pntdata\borrower and cut and paste the .brw file into the pnttempl\brwmastr folder. Rename it to the original master file. Rebuild your borrower list again to remove the file from step 2.
