Fannie Mae / Freddie Mac: Download Results Rate Topic Display Mode Topic Options Author Message dianatx13 Posted 7/24/2008 12:59:10 PM Junior Member Group: Forum Members Last Login: 2 days ago @ 1:05:39 PM Posts: 23, Visits: 58 While I understand some of the reasoning why the 1003 is downloaded with your results from Fannie/Freddie, the inconsistencies that it creates are a huge issue for every processor here. Because the processors have to go back through the 1003 and undo every change that was downloaded, we have told everyone just to not download the results at all.
