I'm wondering if there is a way to share read/write access to other PDS user's files on an individual basis?

Or is it best to create an additional group and just add all those persons to that group?

Other than the REP and PROC dropdown menu or allowing them to see ALL access, I don't think there is.

There is not an option to assign one user access to another users files.

sepeartion by data folder or user group (PDS) are your options
