Did you use the cd update or the electric update via download?

6.1A CD. Skipped the 6.1 one. Previously was running whichever letter was the latest of the 6.0.

When exactly does the error occur?

While the report is generating? When saving or exiting the report? Does the generated report results window appear?

Also, is there a popup error that occurs in Point, if so, what is that error?

P.S.  is your computer the only computer that has the error. Are there other computers that generate the same error when generating a report from the same criteria and data folder?

We have Point installed on three Citrix servers. On each of these servers the reporting executable causes the above message. Nothing appears on the screen when attempting to run the report, so it either doesn't actually run the report (crashes while attempting) or when it comes time to display the results it then crashes. I don't know which is the case.

As I mentioned (I think) previously, this has only been happening since we downgraded from 6.0B to 6.1A.

Can you do a fresh installation of Point 6.1a on a different computer, then grab the PointReport.exe out of the winpoint folder, and replace the one on the Citrix server?

Since this problem is only on the three Citrix servers we use for outside office employees to use, and not the "netsetup" clients we use at our office, I doubt it's a corrupted executable, but I'll give it a shot and see.

Update: Didn't work. I did notice though that the report runs, but when it comes time to display the results is when nothing happens and the event is logged.

Ok, thanks. On the Citrix server, can you go to the winpoint folder, double-click on PointReport.exe? You are supposed to get a PointReport window. Does anything happen? If you look at Task Manager, is PointReport.exe running?
