Is there a way to pull a report on all our CCS files?  We currently have 123 CCS files setup.  Through out the year we do an audit on the fees in these files and compare them against three different systems.  Is their a way that I can export a report from Point that will list all my files with their fees?

My current way to do it is such a pain and doesn't work well.

I change the name of my Prospoect folder to _Prospect to preserve my prospect files.

I then make a copy of my CCS folder and name the copy Prospect which I place in the PNTDATA folder

I refresh list and use a custom report which I created to pull the report.

The sheet that is generated is to big to export to a XLS sheet so I export to TXT and then break it up with tab deleimitations and import on to two different XLS sheets.

It works, but its a bad work around.

Any ideas?

Thank you,

Eric J. Lilly

Guess not ... does anyone else want to share how they keep track/audit their CCS files?

Thank you,

Our reports no longer seem to be working correctly.  I've checked the mapping and it appears fine.  Can anyone assist us?

Thank you,

Eric J. Lilly

Hi Eric,

Can you tell me how it's not working, or email me a couple of the CCS files? I'll check them out.

Thanks

When we run the report not all of the data is feeding over to the report.  For example the 2nd Loan CCS has a check mark in PFC on HUD line 801 but the report doesn't show this.

Here is my report as well as the 2nd mtg CCS file. Note I had to rename them to .gif so I could upload.  Just change them back to .rpt and .css.

Thank you,

Eric J. Lilly

We are going through a CCS audit right now and are having to manually do this.  I know the way I am pulling a report may not be "supported" by Calyx but if anyone has any ideas im ready to listen.  Our workaround used to work for us.

Thank you,

Eric J. Lilly
