BetaFisch - do you have any ideas? The user gets the "Upgrade Error", but we made sure they have a copy of an empty Cardex (from my machine) with the new fields added in the last Cardex upgrade, so it shouldn't be trying to upgrade the DB.

Update: Level two/three Calyx Support go in touch with me.

Suggested solution: Uninstall .NetFrameWork 2.0 and reinstall.

Outcome: Success.

Excellent. Glad that fixed it. You mentioned that you used images to create the machines. Perhaps you'd want to do the same on the image, then re-image it.
