When creating a custom letter, is there and way to insert " and " between the borrower and co-borrower; but not have it print if a file has just a borrower?

Yes. There is a knowledge base article on our support website that walks you through this.

Can you send me to the correct section where I can find the new information on how to Create a custom form using the data export method. The instructions still use the C://Winpoint\work\pointexp.dat format.

I also typed my custom forms using this method and since 6.1 all my templates were wiped out....I think your office didn't realize the impact this would have.

I did speak a customer service rep and they started to help me with the new path but it did not work....They told me that they really aren't supposed to walk me thru it. Calyx is the one that helped me set it up years ago.

What do I pay for.....
