| | I just got an email from FHA saying this form will replace the Mortgage Credit Analysis Worksheets (forms HUD-92900-PUR and HUD-92900-WS). I just wanted to make sure this would be available in an update before FHA's deadline. Details on the form are available in mortgagee letter 2008-15 (http://www.hud.gov/offices/adm/hudclips/letters/mortgagee/08-15ml.doc) |

| We will have the form out before FHA's 10/1/08 deadline.

| We are in the design process right now. I cannot provide a firm date, but it will probably be around early September.

| | With all due respect, that timeline seems "unacceptable". The new form closely mirrors the FNMA Combined Transmittal Summary (finally, thank goodness), so the programming/formatting changes should be minimal. Given the huge uptick in FHA loans in the marketplace, it is imperative that Calyx create this form and make it available for an "update" on the website as quickly as possible. Since your software is used by greater than 60% of the originators in the market (your advertising, btw) then one would expect Calyx to lead the way in bringing the needed forms to their subscribers. Can we expect to see Calyx "step up"? |

| I hear your concerns Tigerdib. Rest assured that we are moving as fast as we can to design, code, and test. While the form closely follows the FNMA 1008, it's not necessarily as simple as it seems. It will be available before the required use date.

| If there is any way you can prioritize this it would be much appreciated. This is a huge change that we have long awaited for and we want to start using as soon as possible...not just by the deadline that we have to. I know that there is a fair amount of work that goes into it, but just wanted you guys to know how important this change is. |

| Thanks. People do need this ASAP. Would you like be one of our testers for the feature? We'll have a test version available in early August. If you are interested, or anyone else reading this post, please send email to pointbeta@calyxsoftware.com, that will go to me. In a couple weeks, I'll be posting a message in the forum listing the features in the new release, and inviting anybody interested to help test.
