A couple of previously suggested items that didn't make it in the 6.1 release that I would still love to see in a 'sooner rather than later' release.  Just a post to kinda bump or re-bring up some lingering issues from my vantage point.  Not sure if other users have the same issues.

1.  Security Interest on the TIL.  It only makes sense for this section to auto-populate the "You are giving a security interest in:" field based on the subject property and the transation type (refinance to auto-fill "Real property you already own" and purchase to auto-fill "The good or property being purchased").

2.  I want my "Active loans only" button back with the report writer.  Having to check off 5 buttons vs. the one that we previously did makes no sense to me at all.  In a thread at the time, BetaFisch stated "
If you want active files Its kind of a pain to set all the checks every time you run a report.  The old check for active files was rather convenent.
" so I was hopeful that understanding would possibly lead to a return.

3.  Property type consistency between the Transmittal and the Request for Appraisal form.  For some reason these two data fields are separate when one should update the other.

4.  The ability to add an Origination fee to a closing cost scenario.  For some reason line 801, Origination Fee is grey'd out when working with a closing cost scenario.  I've asked, for a couple of years now, to have that field opened up.

Bryan (or any other Calyx guru),

Are any of these items slated to be part of 6.2 due out in September?

Hi Chris, the first issue with the TIL will be fixed in 6.2. The next 2 issues are not slated yet. The last issue is slated for Spring 09.
