Hello,

Our company uses three different pieces of software that are able to produce exports of a Fannie Mae 3.2 File.  Out of the three the only one that has this issue with Calyx Point.  I have contacted Fannie Mae and they informed me that the liability line is not required inside of its file.

We have an issue when a LO uses Point and exports a .FNM file with no liabilities.  The LO then uploads this file into another one of our systems and that system has a problem because there is no data being passed.  If you look at the .FNM file with notepad you will see that line 06L is added when its not needed.

Can this be corrected?

Thank you,

Eric J. Lilly

Can this be corrected with a future release or patch of Point?

Thank you,

What version of Point are you using?

Agh!  Is there any rhyme or reason as to why this happens?  Can it be corrected for a future release or something?

And, thank you for your help.

I'll bring it to the developers attention.
