I have a loan amount of 404,000 plus the ufmip total loan amount is 410,060. How can I show that the closing cost are being financed? my gfe shows that the customer is short to close?

From the Borrower Information Screen look  down to the bottom and click on the Mtg Insurance tab.  When that screen pops up you will see that the top half of the box is to input your UFMIP/Funding Fee and then it should automatically show it as financed in the next box.  That should fix it.

On the GFE there is a column of checkboxes on the right of each cost under the heading "F". Checking those boxes will allow them to flow to the MCAW. After checking them, go to the MCAW and click on the button "From GFE" at the bottom of the screen. This will move the FHA figures over to the MCAW and reduce the amount required for closing. This is somewhat complicated so make sure you carefully review the MCAW.
