Ok, is there a reason that the Property Type does not feed from the Transmittal data to the Request for Appraisal form?

I have quite a few loans that reflect condominium or manufactured on my Transmittal, but when looking at the Request for Appraisal form it is reflecting Detached.  This would be just a minor annoyance if not for the fact that when running reports based on PTYPE, it pulls from the Request for Appraisal form and NOT from the Transmittal (as listed in the Calyx Point help).

I can't imagine why property type doesn't auto change everywhere on the file when you make adjustments.  There is a major gap there.
