| | Where are the fields for the credit scores? I know the numbers such as 5032 but my reports are blank for this field. Do we need to manually complete those fields and if so where are they in Point? |

| | You shouldn't have to manually enter them unless you don't pull credit through Point. Most credit vendors automatically populate these fields for you. If you do need to enter them manually, go to the borrower (or prospect) information screen and click the button at the very bottom of the screen in the status bar area (just a little left of center on my screen).

| | We had the same problem. No Experian credit scores would show up in Calyx reports. We use Shaper Lending platform for credit reports (actually MAF Mortgage Services). Same goes for Network Credit Services, which uses the same platform (Sharper Lending) in the back ground. Whover uses that platform gets Experian credit score with "+" in front of it, and this is how it has been since 2004. However, the same credit score from Experian appears without the "plus" in front of it when for example pulled through Landsafe. I have alerted to this both MAF and they got involved with Sharper Lending back in March 2008, got following reponse: "We found the issue and will be rolling out a change tomorrow night." I believe this issue was resolved around April 10th 2008 or so. |

| The data integrity is reduced when vendors put + in front of the credit scores. I'm not sure where the problem lies, if on the credit vendor or the repository. Having said that, this issue was resolved in Point 6.1.
