Two days ago I had 3 servers that stopped pulling credit through Advantage. I called them and logged on their website and we can see where Point orders the credit report, but it will not import it back in.

I have reinstalled Point on those 3 severs and still cannot pull(import) the credit.

Is there any ideas on why this can be?

I have the permissions setup the same on all servers. I cannot even pull credit as a admin on those servers so I don't think it's a permission issue. As far as I can tell we didn't change anything on the servers before it stopped working.

Help Please!!
