My understanding is the Washington regulators are forcing everyone to comply with the new disclosure (starting June 12) despite the fact that they have not had a final ruling on how this is going to work.  They have 2 versions of the form on the Washington DFI website- a fixed and a varaible rate form.  The final ruling is coming up, but from what I have heard they will only require this on first mortgage loans.  I tried to program the form into Custom Forms, but some of the fields and logic do not exist in Point.

I am wondering when and how Calyx will add this to the standard pre-programmed forms.  If anyone figures out how to create it in Custom Forms let me know as I want to hire you!

Cookman - I know it's been awhile since you posted but WA DFI is now on their SIXTH draft of the proposed disclosure and they still aren't close - in my opinion.

If I get around to attempting the custom form I'll post to the forum.

Ok, I've been trying to create a custom form for this until a built-in one is released, but I'm stuck at the point where Point creates the PDF.

I converted the sample PDF in the link to Word and imported it into Point. I can print to paper without any difficulty. When I choose Email as PDF or Save as PDF, I get the following error:

Activation Error
Printer not activated, error code -30

Pressing OK, then brings up:

AutoWord
An error has occured. Please verify that you have a licensed version of MS Word installed.

Then:

Windows cannot print due to a problem with the current printer setup.
Try one or more of the following:
*Check the printer by printing a test page from Windows.
*Make sure the printer is turned on and online.
*Reinstall the printer driver.

And finally:

PDF File Error
Failed to create C:\Documents and Settings\....

I can confirm that I have a licensed version of MS Word installed. Any ideas on fixing the errors? Has anyone else created a custom form for this new WA law that works? I'm currently using 6.1

We have these same issue with our custom forms.  Calyx has been unable to resolve our issue.

Thank you,

Eric J. Lilly
