When some of my LO's try to email forms (both custom and non-custom) they get the wrong applicant information.  This was also happening when they print.  I think I found out how to fix the printing error on a different forum by deleting the temp.brw file out of the work folder under the administrator user login.   That was just done today and so far seems to be working for printing the forms but not for emailing. 

What are my options?

Station A: When trying to email a 1003/custom form for Mr. Smith, it emails the form with Mr. Jones' information.

Station B: When trying to email a 1003/custom form for Mr. Smith, it emails the form with Mr. Bells information.
