I'm trying to figure out a way to create a closed report that groups and subtotals by 'month closed'.  I can't figure it out.  Any suggestions?

I realize that you can filter your report by loans that closed This month or last month but what about specific months like January of this year?

if you are just looking for january you can do.  create a condition between 01/01/2005 and 01/31/2005.

in 5.2 there will be a month format mm/yy which you can use inorder to group months together in the same year.

There are some very simple methods of creating advanced reports in Point 5.1. I only use the reporting function to extract the raw data. I export it to an excel spreadsheet and use the sort, filter, and pivot table functions in Excel. If it's something you do all the time, you can record a macro in Excel to automatically format the report.
