I have recently installed Calyx 6.0 on Windows Server 2003 R2 TS.  I have users with custom directories for their winpoint.ini files and temp files  mapped to the server storing the Calyx data files and storing the TS.Home directories.  All is working in Calyx except the Calyx PDF Convert utility.

I have installed this from the TS C:\Calyx\Winpoint\PDFInstall.exe.  The print device installed on the TS w/o issues and I see in the Printers & Faxes.  When the users try to Print to Email, they receive two errors:

Printer not activated error code -41   and

AutoWord
Windows cannot print due to a problem with the current printer setup

Does anyone know of this issue and have any ideas or direction at where I could look to resolve this?

Thank you in advance!

Try login in to ts as admin run point and print pdf.  Then see if the rest of the user now work.

Do I have to login as Administrator or will a user with TS Admin rights suffice?  I am having slight issues with the Admin account finding the Primary Data folder even though config is correct in the ini file.

Thank you!

a TS admin should work.

Thank you very much for your solution.  I logged in this morning with my TS Admin user, opened a file, and ran print to PDF without issues.  Then I logged in with a TS User and was able to perform the same task without issues.

Thanks again!
