I get this error message when trying to open the findings within FNMA that is attached to Calyx.  I have to go back to Calyx to view the findings there.

If I go direct to efanniemae, I have no problem.  FNMA indicates this is an LOS issue since this works.

User 6.0 with 6.0 PDS.

New computer with Vista.  I have another user with Vista which this is not an issue.

Any guess?

I didn't think Fannie was supporting Vista yet.

What is the exact error?

I have this error and an error that says "User not Authenticated" that happens all the time. We have verified it is not a login/password issue with DU, but we have not established a pattern on why it keeps happening. This happens both on our Vista machines and our XP machines.

We are running Point 6.0 right now with PDS 6.1.

Please help, it really is bothersome with to all our staff and Fannie Mae says it is an issue with the LOS.

Thanks!

Have you tried to delete/rename the \winpoint\tables\fannie.ini. If you use  the interface config tool it will rebuild this file after prompting for id, pw, etc.
