We recently upgrade to version 6 and everything has been running fairly well, but today our custom print groups that we created are gone.  Any idea why they would disappear and where they are saves so I might restore them from backup?

If they are not shared they will be PG*.ini located in the winpoint/tables/pcl directory

What if they are shared...  I can't find a pg*.ini file anywhere on my current drive or backups.

Sorry I had my form factor wrong it would be BRWPG.ini or PRSPG.ini  the shared version would be in your templates/printgroups directory

I have the same issue from time to time.  The Print Groups will dissapear, and I have to manually restore the BRWPG.ini file.  They are shared.  Does anyone have any clue why this happens?  Thank you.

its probable that another user has removed the file.
