Hello,

Which CRM integrates well (exports/imports seamlessly) with Calyx 6.0?

What CRMs do you have experiences with?

Thank you,

Marine.

I am aware of none that integrate well. There are some that seem to work OK on a remedial basis. Part of the question is whether you want the CRM to alter the Point file when updates are made to the record. WorkCenter (vForms) does a fair job and will provide basic marketing activities. SalesForce has some consultants that can set up an interface to Point. We have a lead management system coming out but it isn't available yet. There are a few others based on SugarCRM but they really don't seem to work very well. You can sync your Point information (one-way) with Goldmine or ACT! either through a third-party product or by simple ascii export.

One of the biggest issues is finding a full-function CRM product that works well with Point. I have not seen a product that does both well - yet.
