| | How do I create or download a Florida Title table? The Calyx help instructions do not address cumulative rates. 5.75 for first 100,000.00 5.00 for each 1,000.00 after. |

| | For the table to calculate correctly, you need to prepare a table for each price point (usually every $1,000). This can be quite tedious. In addition, the title table will only hold so many entries. In my experience, you can only get into the mid-400k range before you have to split the table ($0-500k, 500k-$1MM, etc.) The table format is fairly straight forward. You can view it by opening a title table in notepad. It's just an ini file. You can create a table from a spreadsheet then put it in the correct ini format. This tends to be a bit faster. There are also some utilities for building these tables (commercial) or you can have someone build them for you. I haven't checked the calculation method in Point since version 5.4 but the last I knew, this was the only way to get an accurate title or escrow table. Drop me an email if you have any additional questions about the commercial products.
