I am required to use a Chase MLOA dated 6/05. I have the Calyx 6.0 version. However the current MLOA available through my version of CAlyx is dated 7/01 and there is a section missing about services provided compared to the new version. Will Calyx be updating the current MLOA from 7/01? The form I need to use has three sections 1 . Nature of Relationship, 2. Services Provided, 3. Our Compensation. Please advise.

I recevied the same requirement from Chase.  They are using a new form which was revised to comply with OCC established standards.  I think thay the services to be provided section in the Mortgage Brokerage Business Contract covers this.  But I am curious if anyone else has run into this same issue.
