I pulled a  a couples Credit Report Together but unfortunately the husbands credit is not good. Which we already kind of new. The wife which is the Borrower and the husband is the Co-Borrower on the Point File. I Pulled the credit Together so its combined how do I Divide it so it takes the Husband off of the Report? I have already removed him from the loan application on Point 6.0 just looking to divide their credit file. Thanks

You need to go back to your credit agency. They need to separate and have you go back in and re-import the fiile. Each credit agency has different procedures so contact your agency first. Some agency's will require you to simply re-pull another report only with one spouse. Yes it will cost you a couple extra bucks, but no it will NOT affect the credit score (the inquiry anyway) if it is re-pulled within 30 days and the permissable purpose is for a mortgage inquiry.
