| Being from a border state to Washington, we do quite a few Washington loans. Currently with the new 6.0a update, you have to manually select who each fee belongs to to comply with Wash. state law. It would a be much easier if you could add those drop-down fee descriptors to the Closing Cost Scenarios so that it doesn't have to be re-entered on every file.

| I second this! We do business in 22 states and using closing cost scenarios - but they are not very effective if I can't add the paid to fields. Now we have to use actualy separate application templates for states because of this limitation.

| | I'll pile on as well. It is pretty bad, because all the fees that were listed previously for lines under the pre-filled, were entered with the line number what the fee is and whom paid to. Now you have to delete all that information out and put in 3 different places. We are in 44 States, and in both Washington & Florida. I would have thought they would have realized that it needed to be reconfigured when they revised the GFE. What does Calyx have to say, Is it a fix in Version 7? Any thoughts? What is everyone else doing, just manually changing every loan? |
