We recently upgraded our servicing program to FICS Mortgage Servicer.  I would like to know if anyone has created an export process for this software.

It is my understanding that the only file type that I can import into FICS is "coma delimited".
Can someone assist me with getting my information from Point to Mortgage Servicer?

We really need to be able to do this simply or our board has decided to change our origination product to the FICS Mortgage Producer.  I really like Point and want to keep it!

I can certainly help you if you can give me the FICS import criteria (fields, order, etc.) There might be some data transformations that would need to be done so I may need to see their detailed data definitions. You can drop me an email.
