Since we update our files to the 6.0a version of Calyx we are having trouble with information staying in the file. For instance, A file was created in a previous version and now has been copied for a new loan request. The updated information is typed into the copied file but once you go to page 2 or another document to update changes, the information reverts back to the old information.

Also, the information that was entered for PMI calculations is still on the system but we are unable to get the information to carry to and calculate correctly on the TIL. Any help would be appreciated.

Just wondered how you're coming with this issue.  I always hold off on major upgrades (from version 5.x to version 6.0) until I have a chance to read about issues in the forums, having been burned badly by major upgrades on other software (not Point) in the past.

Have you found a resolution for it yet?

Thanks,

Pat
