After installing the 6.0a upgrade my Loan Officers no longer had access to the Font button in the print screen.  If Calyx would give us REAL release notes (not marketing fluff) I would have know about this issue before I did the upgrade.

So any Loan Officer that had a custom font before the install has a problem.  When the print the Good Faith for example it now prints with two different fonts (makes us look like we don't know what we are doing) and the form was changed, so a bigger font (which is really readable) no longer fits well.

After trying all the tricks I now I gave in and called Calyx Tech Support.  Guess what they moved the Font button under the secured area!

How stupid is that.  I don't give Loan Officers access to the secured area because that gives them access to change the master files.

We have lived with this and oh the way the fact the Loan officers can move or copy their own files (deleted as well but I don't want them to have that one anyway).

If Calyx keeps moving features in the secured area the Loan Officer won't be able to function at all.

Sorry if I sound mad but I AM!

Tami,

Just wondered if you've found a resolution or fix to this yet.

I haven't installed 6 yet, having been burned on major version upgrades on other software (not Point) I've learned to wait and watch the forums.

I also wanted to ask if this issue showed up with the 6.0a patch, or with just the 6.0 software install?

Thanks,

Pat
