| California DRE has issued a new RE 883 Traditional Loans Forms.The forms can be found at: http://www.dre.ca.gov/frm_mlb.html. Use of the new MLDS Disclosures are required effective Friday, August 15, 2008. Each of the Disclosures has been revised to reflect expanded language about the proposed loan, loan documentation, prepayment and tax and insurance impounds.
Can you let me the timing of Calyx of updating current Point users on the CA form?

| The revised MLDS will be available in the 6.2 release, due to start shipping in approx. 2 1/2 weeks.
