| | I am running Point v6 in a Citrix environment. After opening any loan file users are unable to see any custom screens/fields when accessing "Forms" > "Custom Screens/Fields". I AM able to see the Custom Screens/Fields defined logged in using an account with Active Directory administrator privs. Each user has a winpoint.ini file located in their respective Windows directory. Thinking that I may have a winpoint.ini problem I copied my own winpoint.ini to a test account, but experience the same problem. I have also added the group "Everyone" with full privs to the WINPOINT share permissions as well as security permissions. I would appreciate any input as I have reached a brick wall at this point!! |

| What version of windows? You might want to check the location and access of the templates directory the definitions of custom screens are contained in that directory.

| Were you able to double check the permission of the custom screen files?

| | I have checked permissions at the \\colo-fp-01\calyxdatapb share. I have given unlimited security privs to the group Domain Users as well as unlimited share permissions to the group Domain Users. |
