My apologies. I forgot the primary mantra ... "loan officers can't use computers ... loan officers can't use computers ... loan officers can't use computers". Actually, there are too many syllables for this to be a good mantra. Maybe a better one would be "keep it simple".

That being said, for those LO's with proper training and demonstrated abilities to remember to include things, the "additional attachment" method would be much faster. Also, there IS an automated method of doing this in Outlook through scripting.
