| | Our company just upgraded to version 6 and since then no one can print from their form groups in Prospect. They select one of their personal or shared form groups and the print button stays greyed out. If they select one of the normal form groups, it allows you to print. If they select a custom form group or create one in Borrower, it allows you to print. All workstations are installed via an admin install (in this case, upgraded to 6 via admin upgrade) Any idea on this issue? Can't see anyone else reporting it yet. Please advise if you require any further information. |

| | And just a note, if you create a new custom form group in Prospect you still can't print from it, before or after restarting Calyx. |

| | Another update, I can get the print button to become active if I select a normal form first (like Prospect Information Summary) then go to the Print Groups and select a group it will stay active. If I select any other group at that point, the print button becomes inactive again and I ahve to go out of Print then start again. Anything? |

| | Calyx is aware of the issue and is supposedly trying to source it and generate a fix/patch as the issue is rather wide-spread. The temporary workaround is to select any single form first then go back to the print groups tab and select your desired print group. The "Print" button will now be available. D |

| This doesn't seem to affect just the prospect folder. We are seeing this exact issue in the Borrower folder for un-married co-borrowers in PDS 6.0. The solution we happened upon is the same. If you try to print a form group for the unmarried co-borrower the print button is greyed out unless you add another document to the group at that time (doesn't matter what form, any form will do). Hopefully they will have a patch soon.
