Okay, we spent the time to build Cardex up with Employer's verfication numbers.  Many, Many times they are FAX numbers (and requests).

We have found that EVEN though the Fax number is imported from CARDEX, the fax number does NOT appear on the VOE.

This is a suggestion, carry the field 15155 over to the VOE form.
