| I wasn't trying to disagree with you. Its just Point is working how it was designed. You can talk to a sales rep and you have made your point of view known on the message board. When the feature was researched and implemented this behavior was desired. Maybe now that the features hit the street well will get more feedback such as yours, if so it will change.

Ok. Then I put forth an earnest request that someone else on here back me up, because I still don't see a single drawback to my proposal over what is currently implemented. I can not say the inverse is true.
At your mercy,

| | I did my upgrade to PDS 6.0 this week. A few things: 1. It went fairly smooth except if you already have an SSL certificate make sure you don't accidentally choose the Calyx Resolver cause that will cause stations not to connect to the PDS. 2. If you are running WebTrac Pro from Delmar and it runs on the same server with PDS then you need to make sure you have them separated on the IIS setup because Webtrac uses ASP .net 1.1 and PDS uses ASP .net 2.0. You can break one or both in the upgrade if you aren't careful. |

| Odd. A dot net 1.1 app should run fine under dot net 2.0 or 3.0.
