I have an off site worker that uses point for 2 different companies and needs access to my templates. How do I give them access to my templates and there own templates? Do I just copy my templates to there file?

That would be the easiest way.  Make a copy of your templates and give them to your off site worker.

You may want to have them back their templates up in case there is a name conflict. That way they won't lose any of their existing templates.
